Ever wonder how growing carrots in the front yard could change your neighbourhood? Or, if Alberta's local food system can expand beyond the farmers market? Can we build a sustainable, secure local food system in Alberta? Growing Insights will explore these topics, and more.

Note for APPI Participants

For those of you participating in Growing Insights through APPI, a few notes:

  • Once you sign up on the Growing Insights website a Site Administrator will add you to the "APPI" participants list. Please note that this happens during business hours.
  • You'll know you've been added to the list when your profile picture has a star image in the lower right corner.
  • Once added, you'll be able to view the APPI course content and proceed with your learning.
  • The official start date for the APPI Growing Insights course is January 20th.
